Terms and Conditions

• All content, images to be supplied by the client and Itorix  Infotech LLP will not be responsible for any copyright, trademark claims and suits arising from the same.
• Websites will carry a link to the Itorix Infotech website and the clients name will be used for promotional purposes
• Payment 50% advance for Website Development and remaining 50% within 7 days of going live / final approval
• Payment 100% advance for all other services
• Advertising budget if any is additional and not included in the quote, and is to be paid to directly to the advertising networks
• Minimum period of engagement for Digital Marketing is 6 months

Cancellation Policy

Clients wish to cancel any of our Services will need to contact our support department by opening a support request by sending an email to support@itorixinfotech.com
